Yes. Thanks to modern technology, many men with this condition successfully father children. We achieve this through Surgical Sperm Retrieval combined with IVF/ICSI (where a single sperm is injected directly into an egg).
What is Surgical Sperm Retrieval?
Instead of collecting sperm from a semen sample, a specialist collects it directly from the source (the epididymis or testicle).
Success Note: Once retrieved, these sperm have a similar pregnancy success rate as sperm found in regular semen.
