The retrieved eggs are combined with sperm in a controlled laboratory environment to allow fertilization. The resulting embryos are cultured, monitored for 2-5 days, and transferred or frozen. Only those of the best quality are selected for transfer.

Embryo Transfer

A carefully chosen embryo is placed into the uterus under ultrasound guidance. This procedure is quick and painless, performed in an outpatient setting. Remaining viable embryos are stored for future use if desired.
